Reliance Plumbing Solutions provides residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to emergency repairs, drain clearing, water heater installation, leak detection, and sewer line inspections. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

All estimates provided are based on our initial visual assessment. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen issues are discovered during the course of the work (e.g., hidden pipe damage behind walls). We will communicate any necessary price changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work. Payment is due in full upon completion of the services unless prior arrangements have been made in writing.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranties for parts and labor will be provided in writing upon completion of the service. These warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications made by the homeowner or third parties after our service is completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Reliance Plumbing Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
